New Workshop
Heels Lab with Sheila
We are excited have Shiela aka She the White Tiger teaching a 2 hour Heel Lab on June, 20 12pm-2pm. In this workshop, you will learn fundamentals of Old School Style including a choreography! You will leave this workshop feeling refreshed and confident!
Ready to try it out but not sure where to start? We recommend starting with our six week Pole One course. This class will teach you the fundamentals of pole dancing while building strength and fluidity. You will be surrounded by a supportive community designed to empower your fitness journey. No dance experience is required.
